I use fuck as a non-negative word all the time to express exaggeration or excitement so I would consider broadening your simple definition, that may also help with coming up with more qualifiers. I really like the word your chose though because it does have many meanings in society today!

For example, little kids use the word because it's one of their bad habits, some people say it because they are so mad. I like the idea of the word "fuck" being used as a way to express frustration. What about using it to emphasize other words. Like using fuck as an adverb. "Fucking tired" it may give you more to write about.

Another qualifier could be a way a person expresses themselves or feelings. They may think that in some cases it is appropriate to use that word.
