The word addicting is super cool and I'm glad you used it. I think it may be hard to specify what exactly unbreakable means when considering death and other such aspects but otherwise it looks awesome!
I think in your definition, you should add this "Love is an emotional attachment between a person with others...", I think that will make it clearer for the readers to know what you are talking about. Otherwise, I like your qualifiers.
I think that you have strong qualifiers, and just make sure to expand on them. You might want to explain how this bond is created and what causes it to be unconditional, unbreakable, and addicting.
Is your simple definition "Love is an emotional attachment" ? and unbreakable, unconditional, and addicting qualifiers? Maybe clarify if love is just between people or objects.
I really like you definition. Love is addicting because people tend to do anything to be loved. However, do you just mean love between human being? What if I say "I love my career. I love my dog. I love my car..." You might think about that.
In your definition it seems like you are talking about loving inanimate objects AND people, is that what you are going for? And an argument against your definition is that love can be broken, if you have your heart broken.. Good topic though!
Very interesting topic. It is going to be hard to find reliable sources just because love varies from person to person. Im sure that the best source would be an interview with a couple that has been together for a long time +20 years
I like your definition because it doesn't specify what love is an emotional attachment TO (another, yourself, the world, etc.) Anticipate the argument that love is only an emotional attachment between 2 people!
Your simple definition is very concise and fluent. I just wonder if the words unbreakable, unconditional and addicting may be words that would have to be defined for themselves. In the end what makes it addicting, unbreakable or unconditional? I recommend just simple, direct explanations of these words.
You have a great definition of love. I think you can expand on you qualifiers. Like what kind of attachment?? Or what kind of addiction. It can for sure be very arguable!
This topic is probably one of the most controversial topics yet, and I can't think of any reason to disagree with your definition. Great definition and good luck with this one.
How are you going to cite those qualifiers effectively?
