Clean Energy - Evan Fitzgerald

Simple Def: Clean energy is a power production process which does little to no harm to the environment.

Qualifiers:
-sustainable for a extended period of time
-gathering raw materials also has small impact on the environment

  1. I really like your qualifier of how gathering the material has little impact as well because some 'green' energies are congruent with that. Another qualifier to consider may be that it uses natural resources without causing harm to them or perhaps it can supply energy to 'blank' amount of people. Really creative word choice though, I hope you have fun with it.

  2. Your topic reminds me of hybrid energy and windmills and green houses.

  3. This is a very specific and descriptive topic. I think that you have strong qualifiers. You might want to clarify what extended period of time refers to--in terms of geologic time, decades, etc. You could also discuss how it is cost-effective. Great job!

  5. Explain types of clean energy. Also what can the product produced do? Is it to light houses? Run cars? explain

  7. This is a great topic to write about. But like Anna said, you should try to explain more about what types of clean energy that you are talking about. You qualifiers are very interesting.

  9. Great topic! Some people may argue that it is too expensive, but that is probably the only arguable thing that I can find!

  10. This is a great topic. It does seem a little large but I would rather have more material then less. good qualifers and maybe you will find something new in the world of clean energy.

  11. I don't think your simple definition is very arguable! Maybe change it to "clean energy is a necessary change to end harm to our environment?"

  12. I agree with Michael that you might have a lot of people will agree with your definition try to make it more arguable but this is a great topic.

  13. I like that you're taking such a fictional approach on this assignment. I think this topic could definitely use statistics to help its credibility. You could possibly try to find comparisons of environmental damage with clean energy and other not so clean energy. On the right track good job

  14. Clean energy is a great topic for this essay. Also, your qualifiers support your definition and are argumentative. I would just recommend one more qualifier to make it perfect.

  15. When I think of clean energy, I would think of a person have a positive attitude toward something or someone. I think you did well in defining your word, because when I read clean energy something else beside that pops. I feel though its very close that the actual definition and I don't think you have that good of a gap to prove that your definition is correct. I would specify more on your definition.
